Main tasks:
- organizing work on individual SMT lines,
- starting up SMT lines, machines, and devices, and ensuring the smooth flow of the process
- setting up SMT lines, machines, and devices, changing tools, and optimizing basic parameters
- training, motivating, and supervising workers
- performing preventive maintenance work on lines, machines, and devices
We expect:
- completed V level of education in a technical field
- high computer literacy
- at least 2 years of work experience in the position of Operator in the SMT department or a similar position
- readiness to work in shifts
- knowledge of the SAP system is an advantage
